- Evaluation of product and tooling designs, driving feasibility studies with internal teams, customers and suppliers, and documenting the steps
- Managing changes to existing products and tooling: feasibility, quotation preparation, design preparation, and releasing drawings to production
- Active participation in product introduction processes covering injection molding technology, automotive quality fundamentals, and inspection and assembly processes
- Supporting the tooling shop and injection molding plant
Requirements:
- Experience in part design and CAD, with a willingness to develop in this area
- Design knowledge in Catia and NX, with practical experience using them
- Confident communication in both Hungarian and English, in writing and speaking
- User-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Advantages:
- Several years of experience in injection mold design and manufacturing
- Experience with quotation, NPI and DFM processes
- Knowledge of automotive principles and standards (continuous internal development provided)

- managing documentation
- evaluating measurement results, preparing reports
- measurement tasks during sampling/prototyping
- raw material testing (melt flow index, moisture measurement)
- supervising measuring equipment (managing MSA and calibrations)
- leading capability studies
- supervising the measuring laboratory
- performing measurements with other measuring instruments (gloss, hardness, coating thickness, surface tension, etc.)
- assisting quality technicians with measurement tasks
- performing additional professional tasks based on instructions from superiors
Requirements:
- higher education degree
- user-level computer skills
- knowledge of standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949)
- thorough knowledge of technical drawing reading, measurement techniques, and methods

- knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa)
